Currently, the Environmental Low-noise Diesel Generating Set, Nuclear Security Level Diesel Generating Set and Low-noise Diesel Generating Set for Communication Station were proved by Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai, by Development and Reform Commission of Shanghai and by Shanghai Bureau of Finance as independent innovation products. And then they were entered in the catalogue of independent innovation products purchased by government in 2009. It proved that Cooltech moved a new step for proprietary innovation and technical study. And it based for us to win the tender purchased by the government. In fact, these three products have obtained the Certificate of High-tech Achievements Transferring Projects of Shanghai before and had almost 20 patents.
There are 523 products related in areas of electric information manufacture, software service trades, Biological and Medical Industry, new material and equipment manufacture, new energy and environmental, modern transportation and modern agriculture were certificated in the first batch certification of proprietary innovation. There were three diesel generating sets belonged to Cooltech Power were certificated.
There were only 10 enterprises with 14 products certificated in Qingpu district where Cooltech was located.
