Currently, National Development and Reform Committee established (the 150th batch), issuing the vehicles for carrying cargo and special-purpose. The four types power vans of COOLTECH, to be produced by a professional automobile re-equipping company, now are beyond the period of proclamation, and obtain the authorization of production.
